Fabio Golombek is an award winning producer and director with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. He has produced and directed a number of successful TV shows such as “The Hollywood News Report” (Starz, HBO Latin), “Shop the World” (ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC), “Golden Games” – a documentary on the history of the Olympic Games, Planeta Brasil (TV Globo International since 2003) among several others.

Fabio has been the President and CEO of  F.J.Productions, Inc. since 2002, creating and supervising a number of shows including: Hollywood News 3D (SKY-Italy, Orange-France), APH (Sony Entertainment Television), Martial Arts 360 (Syndicated), Hollywood Uncut (Syndicated)

Fabio & VincaSince 2010, he has been producing independent feature films.  The first one was BED AND BREAKFAST with Dean Cain, Juliana Paes, Eric Roberts, in 2011 he co-produced OPEN ROAD (Andy Garcia, Julliette Lewis and Camilla Belle). In 2012 he produced MAN CAMP with Mariel Hemingway, Dean Cain and Fernanda Machado. In 2013 he produced Frank Whaley’s LIKE SUNDAY LIKE RAIN (Leighton Meester, Debra Messing, Billie Joe Armstrong). In 2014 he produced BREAKING THROUGH, written and directed by John Swetnam and EXPERIMENTER, written and directed by Michael Almereyda. He has a few projects in development, including EL CAMINO, written by Ted Melfi (“St.Vincent”) and EXILE by Tom Provost (“The Presence”)..

Fabio Golombek started his career as an assistant director at Bandeirantes TV Network in Brazil. He moved on to direct several documentaries including “Behind the Web -The Making of Kiss of Spider Woman” (the Oscar winning film by H.Babenco), “Morocco –A New Africa” and “80 Years of Japanese Immigration” (Winner of The Japan Foundation Award).

Fabio has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from FAAP Engineering School in Brazil, a B.A. in Film Studies from U.S.P. University and a M.A. in Radio and Television from San Diego State University.  He is a member of the PGA – Producers Guild of America, NALIP and IDA.
