Since 2002, Giulia Prenna has worked under such mentors as Oscar winners Akiva Goldsman (A BEAUTIFUL MIND), George Clooney (SYRIANA, GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD LUCK), and Gianni Nunnari (300, THE DEPARTED). Paradigm Talent Agency afforded Giulia the opportunity to learn from Sam Gores, and head of packaging Andrew Ruf. In her time there, Giulia worked with highly acclaimed and talented writers, directors, and actors such as Ehren Kruger, Andy Garcia, Chris Cooper, Laurence Fishburne, Dennis Franz, Terri Hatcher, Katherine Heigl, and Charles Durning.

Vinca & Giula PrennaGiulia then went on to Gianni Nunnari at Hollywood Gang Productions in a creative capacity, serving as manager and creative executive for the company. She was responsible for the development of productions such as the English language remake of Giuseppe’s Tornatore’s film EVERYBODY IS FINE, the film adaptation of ELEVEN MINUTES, based on Paulo Coelho (THE ALCHEMIST)’s novel of the same name, THE DEPARTED, and 300. Giulia moved on to work with Rosalie Swedlin (THE RED CORNER, CLOCKERS) at Industry Entertainment, experiencing management and production side-by-side, working for such clients as Pulitzer prize winner Lawrence Wright, Oscar winner Callie Khouri (THELMA AND LOUISE, NASHVILLE), and other acclaimed clients including Candace Bushnell, Tommy Schlamme, Gary Winick, David Frankel, Richard Sheperd and Kirsten Sheridan.  Swiftly following his resounding box office success with 300, Gianni Nunnari contacted her and asked her to take on the role of his Vice President of Creative Affairs at Hollywood Gang Productions which she accepted in 2007. At Hollywood Gang Giulia shepherded projects such as the remake of John Huston’s film VICTORY, the original screenplay THE IMMORTALS for Relativity, the sequel to 300 with Frank Miller, and developing the remake of SE7EN. Giulia then honed her development experience on more independent fare as Vice President of Development for Gail Mutrux’s company Pretty Pictures (RAIN MAN, KINSEY). Giulia formed Mind the GAP Productions in November 2008, with the purpose of developing and producing commercial feature films and television series.

As a producer, Giulia produced GREYSTONE PARK, written and directed by Sean Stone and featuring Oliver Stone, which has secured domestic and international distribution, and THE EVIL GENE starring Richard Speight Jr. And Cameron Richardson. She is currently producing THE HIDDEN, written and to be directed by Robert Orr, HOW TO SURVIVE AN OFFICE UPRISING written by Ian Shorr and Peter Gamble Robinson, NIGHTHAWKS by Callie Lane, and LETTERS TO THE LOBOTOMIST by Adam Scott Weissman. She is also Head of Sales for Double Dutch International, attending international film markets around the world selling an enviable slate of commercial, theatrical films including thriller, animation, and drama.
