Pascal Borno is a seasoned entertainment executive with 27 years of experience, specializing in the licensing, production and marketing of film and television properties worldwide. He has held senior management positions at several companies over the years including six years with legendary producer Dino De Laurentiis as well as The Kushner Locke Company and Independent Pictures, a company owned by New Line Cinema.

He was President of Sales and Acquisitions at Arclight Films and headed up the sales team, which was responsible for the licensing of films such as THE BANK JOB starring Jason Statham.

Borno’s company, Conquistador Entertainment, has put together the financing for films such as RESCUE DAWN which starred Christian Bale as well as Rodrigo Garcia’s 9 LIVES.He is credited as a producer on over 14 films on IMDB and is currently working on CITIES,a Roger Donladson film with an A list cast. CITIES was developed entirely by Conquistador Entertainment.

Borno’s diverse background has enabled him to structure creative financing deals for film production, with a special emphasis on international co- productions. Recently, Borno has been working with Belgian based producer Corsan, producing and financing the critically acclaimed films by Lee Tamahori THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE.He is currently finalizing deals for the financing of Paul Haggis’ (CRASH, CASINO ROYALE, MILLION DOLLAR BABY, VALLEY OF ELAH, NEXT THREE DAYS)next film, THIRD PERSON,which will star Liam Neeson, Mila Kunis, James Franco, Olivia Wilde, Adrien Brody and Kim Basinger as well as Roland Joffe’s SINGULARITY starring Josh Hartnett.

Borno attended Middlebury College in Vermont and graduated in 1983 with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish Literature. He is fluent in six languages including English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and French Creole.
